Keith Hendrick is a part owner and operator of a residential construction company specializing in both spec homes and custom-built homes across Tennessee. Backed by a team with over 60 years of combined experience, Keith brings a deep, practical understanding of residential construction that directly benefits his work in home inspection.

Having spent years on job sites and working alongside skilled trades, Keith developed a comprehensive knowledge of how homes are built—from foundation and framing to mechanical systems and finishing details.
